History
Het toezicht van het maagdenhuis was toevertrouwd aan de Heilige Geesttafel. Later verhuisde het 'meisjeswezenhuis' naar het ziekenhuis van het Begijnhof (1857). De meisjes verbleven er tot hun 20ste.
